InsurUp CRM V2: I designed the MVP they shipped
InsurUp planned a second version of its CRM, and it needed an end-to-end, clickable MVP to prove the product before any code was written. I took it on and designed the whole thing: a working demo where every component is interactive and routes to its own screens, a complete insurance-sales CRM of a kind the insurtech market did not have yet. After the presentations, it went to the development team as the blueprint, and most of the shipped product was built on my MVP.

- MVP
- designed end to end
- Shipped
- the team built on it
- First
- of its kind in insurtech
- Builder
- not just a growth marketer
The brief
InsurUp planned a second version of its CRM. Before a line of code, the team needed to see and click through the actual product. Designing that MVP was mine to own.
What I built
An end-to-end, clickable demo of an insurance-sales CRM. Every component is interactive and routes to its own screens, mapping a full sales workflow the insurtech market did not have yet. Not a static mockup, a product you could actually navigate.
What happened
After the presentations, the MVP went to the development team as the blueprint, and most of the shipped V2 was built on it. The point is simple: when a product needs to exist, I can design the thing the engineers build, not just market it.
