SigortaAVM: lead cost down 10x

An insurance agency running paid acquisition across insurance branches. I rebuilt the Meta setup and cut average lead cost from over ₺500 to around ₺50, while lifting lead quality and tripling daily volume.

The brief

SigortaAVM is an insurance agency selling policies across several branches. Paid was already running, but leads were expensive and inconsistent. The job was simple to state and hard to do: make the funnel pay.

What I did

I restructured the Meta account around the branches that actually converted, rewrote the creative and the targeting, and tested relentlessly against cost per qualified lead instead of raw volume.

The result

Average lead cost fell from over ₺500 to around ₺50, a tenfold drop. Lead quality rose about 20 percent and daily lead volume tripled. A small account, turned efficient.
