InsurUp: B2B paid acquisition from zero
I ran the entire B2B digital marketing for InsurUp, an insurtech SaaS. Meta carried the weight, Google supported. In twelve months I took it from nothing to 2,500 qualified leads and helped lock in over ₺1M in monthly recurring revenue.

The starting point
InsurUp sells software to insurance agencies. When I took over B2B marketing there was no digital pipeline at all. I owned it end to end: the strategy, the channels, the creative, and the number at the bottom.
What I did
I built Meta and Google campaigns from scratch, with Meta carrying most of the load. I structured the funnel around the actual buyer profile instead of vanity reach, then tested creative and targeting against what truly closed, not what looked good in the dashboard.
The result
From zero to 2,500 qualified B2B leads in twelve months, and a quarter of them fit the purchase-ready profile. The work contributed heavily to locking in more than ₺1M in monthly recurring revenue for the company.
The edge
We got in front of much larger companies. Competitors pulled out of digital and fell back on field visits and booths. In our niche, we became the only brand winning on digital.
